Mrs Phyllis Plumton is a character from the Jane Austen larp Fortune & Felicity, that I attended in May 2017. The amazing larp was organized by Anna Westerling and Anders Hultman.
The character of Mrs Phyllis and the rest of the Plumton family and their friends were created by Jeppe and Maria Bergmann Hamming.
Mrs Phyllis Plumton was married to a wealthy miner, Mr Allan Plumton. Together they had two children, Alexander and Arabella, and four adoptive sons.
The sons of Mr Plumton's brother were called Marcus and Christopher and Nicholas was the son of Mr Plumton's sister. Mrs Plumton's younger brother, Percival, were also counted as a Plumton boy.
The children when at Primrose Park became known as "The infamous six", something Phyllis in private quite relished in.
All of the children were married off before the larp ended – most of them, well and wealthy. Or at least very happily so.
You can read all about Mrs Plumton's adventures at Primrose Park in the chapters Spring, Summer, and Fall.
